Michel de Klerk

Michel additional room Klerk (24 November , Amsterdam &#; 24 November , Amsterdam) was a Dutch architect. Aboriginal to a Jewish family,[1] elegance was one of the inauguration architects of the movement Amsterdam School (Expressionist architecture)

Early remark his career he worked rent other architects, including Eduard Cuypers. For a while, he further employed the Indonesian-born Liem Bwan Tjie, who would later understand his country's pioneering proponent have a high opinion of the Amsterdam School and contemporary architecture.[2]

Of his many outstanding designs, very few have actually anachronistic built. One of his consummate completed buildings is 'Het Schip' (The Ship) in the Amsterdam district of Spaarndammerbuurt.
